What Is Light Therapy?
Light therapy, or photobiomodulation (PBM), uses targeted wavelengths of blue, red, and near-infrared (NIR) light to support cellular repair and mitochondrial function.
These wavelengths are absorbed by the mitochondria, triggering an increase in ATP — the body’s primary energy source for healing, regeneration, and optimal performance.
More ATP leads to better recovery, reduced inflammation, enhanced performance, better energy, healthier aging, and more.
