Why Hormone Balance Matters

Tired of not being heard or taken seriously?
At REGEN, we listen first — and look deeper. Every plan starts with understanding your unique story, not just your numbers.
Our Functional Approach
At REGEN, we don’t guess — we get to the root.
1. Initial Consult
We take time to review your health history, symptoms, and lifestyle to understand your goals and how your body is functioning as a whole — not just your lab values.
2. Lab Testing
We go beyond routine blood-work, assessing hormones, nutrient status, inflammation, and metabolic health. This deeper insight reveals what’s truly affecting you.
3. Tailored Plan
Once results are in, we customize a plan that may include bioidentical hormones, targeted supplements, peptide therapy, IV nutrients, or lifestyle recommendations.
4. Follow-Up
Your body changes — and your plan should, too. We schedule regular check-ins, adjust dosing, and monitor progress to ensure lasting results.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is hormone replacement or hormone optimization therapy?
Hormone therapy is designed to restore hormones that may be low or imbalanced, such as estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. By optimizing levels to a physiologic range, hormone therapy can support energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, cognitive function, and overall well-being.

2. Is hormone therapy only for people in perimenopause or menopause?
No. Hormonal changes can occur at many stages of life and affect both women and men. We work with individuals across a wide range of ages and life stages — including those who may not be candidates for hormone replacement medications but want to better understand and support their hormones through personalized, lab-guided care.
Every plan is individualized based on your goals, labs, and overall health.

3. Who is a good candidate for hormone therapy?
Adults experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, sleep disturbances, weight changes, reduced libido, or poor recovery may be candidates. During your consultation, our providers review your medical history, symptoms, and labs to determine whether hormone support may be appropriate.

4. Do I need labs before starting hormone therapy?
Yes. We use comprehensive hormone and metabolic testing to evaluate baseline levels, identify imbalances, and ensure therapy is safe and appropriate. Labs also allow us to personalize dosing and monitor your response over time.

5. What can I expect at the first visit?
Your first visit includes a detailed review of symptoms, medical history, and goals, along with your lab draw. Based on this information, we create a personalized treatment plan that may include hormone therapy, lifestyle guidance, and targeted supplementation.

6. How long does it take to notice benefits?
Some patients notice improvements in sleep, energy, or mood within the first few weeks. Other benefits develop more gradually over 8–12 weeks as hormone levels stabilize. Responses vary, and dosing is adjusted based on both lab results and how you feel.

7. What forms of hormone therapy do you offer?
Depending on individual needs, hormone therapy may be delivered through creams, injections, oral formulations, or other delivery methods. When appropriate, we are able to individualize dosing and formulations with compounding pharmacies to better match lab results, symptoms, and treatment goals. Our providers determine the most appropriate option based on clinical needs and ongoing monitoring.

8. Do you require a membership for hormone therapy?
Women’s hormone therapy is managed through our hormone membership to support consistent monitoring, lab review, and individualized care over time. Men’s hormone therapy may be structured through personalized, a la carte options depending on treatment type and clinical needs.

9. Is hormone therapy safe?

When appropriately prescribed and monitored, hormone therapy can be used safely. We follow evidence-based protocols, monitor labs regularly, and adjust dosing as needed to prioritize both effectiveness and safety.

10. Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance for hormone optimization services. Insurance-based care often limits which therapies, formulations, and doses are covered, which can restrict the ability to individualize treatment.

By operating outside of insurance, we are able to focus on personalized, lab-guided hormone care, adjust dosing as needed, and use formulations that best match each patient’s physiology and goals — rather than what is dictated by coverage policies.

HSA/FSA funds may be used for consultations, labs, and treatment. We provide transparent pricing and review all options prior to starting care.
